Pretty on the outside, bad on the inside Externally it may give the impression of being a good hotel but the services and attention that they give inside is horrible. The restaurant service is bad. Very expensive for the low quality of its cuisine. They advertise themselves as a hotel with air conditioning. They gave me a room without this service. With the heat waves that are becoming more common in summer, sleeping is practically impossible. They don 't have mosquito nets. When I went to ask the hotel manager about this problem, he deceived me in a very unprofessional way by telling me that he had a floor cooling-cooling system and that with this the room would have to be at 21 degrees. False at all sight if we look at the temperature I had all night. I could not sleep. Without mosquito nets on the windows all the mosquitoes enter the room with the consequent insect bites. To top it all off, the hotel manager messed up my departure billing since they don 't have any kind of coordination with the restaurant services. The receptionist called me the next day to solve the problem they had created, I told her that there was no problem, that she please refer me to the director to solve it. She told me that the manager was only in the afternoons, so I urged her to call me that afternoon to sort it out. The director, instead of assuming his responsibility and responding to my request, not only did not call me, but at his expense and risk, he charged my card directly without my consent, modifying the billing. A mistake and a lack of respect for the client that does not put him in a very good place to carry out his position.
