Although they were quite busy, they took the time to accommodate my unusual cake customization and were incredibly kind and welcoming. It was a great experience!

We keep going to DQ for their burgers! Chicken fingers are quite good as well.

The staff was good. I used to love DQ back in the 80’s and 90’s but the soft serve I ate , even every member of the family also , was horrible. OMG DQ, what have you done. The cakes are the best to eat but stay away from the soft serve, it’s not even Ice cream, it’s a dairy some sort of thing that you don’t enjoy. Sorry for this but McD’s is the better way to go for a soft serve.

I really enjoyed the iced coffee; it was rich and flavorful. The slushies had a fantastic Kool-Aid taste. However, the mini Blizzard was just okay. I can’t comment on the rest of my meal because the girl at the counter only gave me part of my order. I placed a mobile order, so the details were right in front of her, but when I mentioned that I thought there was more, she insisted that I had ordered everything I received. When I got to the car and checked with my wife, I realized we were missing quite a bit. After a long five-hour drive, we decided to just go home rather than deal with it. I was disappointed with the service, especially since I usually try to find something positive to say about customer service at places I shop.
