My father used to work as a delivery driver at this restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays until a week ago. Today, I placed an order for pickup. When I arrived, they had prepared the wrong order, so they remade it and I went home. Upon opening the bag, I realized they had given me the wrong order again. I called to have my correct order sent out to me, but I was told it would take an hour and then got hung up on. Three and a half hours later, my food still hadn't arrived. Every time I tried to contact them, they would hang up as soon as they heard my voice. They are familiar with who I am from going on deliveries with my dad, but now that he no longer works for them, I am being refused service. I had already paid for my order, so it's not like I hadn't fulfilled my end of the deal. Alfredo's is never so busy that it would take three and a half hours to fulfill an order on a Saturday.
