El Jinette - Athens

I was in town for a few days, taking a break from riding my Harley in the mountains on my way back from Gulf Shores. I decided to stop for dinner at Fajitas Jalisco, and I shared a meal with my wife. Wow! The food was excellent and more than enough! The service was fantastic and quick! This is a great spot here in Athens!

Delicious and wonderful. Great service. Great portions. I have been there twice before. (Chimichanga and Hawaiian Burrito) and will certainly be more regular. My only problem is that food is good that I tend to eat too much and then it is difficult to continue working the rest of the afternoon.

I dined with a friend and his wife, and they were later joined by their son and his family. Despite the large group, the restaurant had ample seating, so we felt comfortable and not cramped at all. We ordered a variety of dishes, all of which were excellently prepared. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and there were no complaints. The prices were also very reasonable.

Standard Mexican fare. Beat or miss the food quality and consistency of drinks. If there were 3 stars, the waiting staff is super polite. Not the best Mexican, but not the worst.

I really enjoyed my experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the portions were quite generous. My daughter and son-in-law treated me to dinner for my birthday!
