Cotton Patch Cafe - Athens

My wife and I both ordered the Sirloin Steak meal, and it did not disappoint. The steaks were grilled to perfection and were absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the broccoli rice and mashed potatoes, which were both excellent. For an appetizer, we had the fried mushrooms, and they were fantastic. The service was friendly and prompt, with Trey as our waiter. This young man really made us feel special and went above and beyond throughout our visit. The Cotton Patch was clean and well-managed. We’re definitely coming back!

I had the best waitress at the restaurant in Athens, TX, on Monday! The food was fantastic, and the prices were reasonable, comparable to most places. However, the overall experience was the highlight of our girls' weekend trip! Thank you, Angela N, for being there for us and for being such a wonderful person!

Wow! Everything was amazing! We ordered the ribeye, shrimp, salmon, chicken salad sandwich, and grilled shrimp Alfredo pasta, and everyone enjoyed their meals! The fried pickles and brisket queso appetizers were fantastic too! We will definitely be returning!

Had the 9.99 chicken fried steak Monday special garlic potatoes and fried Okra. It was very good. The rolls were fresh, soft and so delicious. They were made from green fried tomatoes and fried pimples, darn, but we had a lot to eat.

Gosh I wish I knew my servers name she was incredible!! Wore a cool bandanna. Lol. Fried mushrooms were out of this world delicious!
