Arby's - Athens

The location on barnett shoals rd. is consistently among the best of arby’s I have visited. their customer interactions are almost always positiw. my recent visit on Sunday, the 14th august was not an exception. food quality is reliable and I rarely regret that I can choose arbys through another fast food option in the opposite.

I am always pleased with the food at this restaurant; however, during my recent visit, I noticed a decline in customer service. They flatly refused to update my meal to a larger size, as if there was a block in the system preventing them from doing so.

We were the third car in line around 2 PM and waited in the drive-thru for 15-20 minutes. How is that even possible? I could have gotten a full meal elsewhere in far less time!

It looked like there were only two hired. my eating was done right and the manager kept me on running.

Good food and they always have some great coupons in your mail. Dining room is open. They no longer offer senior drink prices
