I recently stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve for a wedding and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing, very professional and I haven't experienced service like this in a long time. Well done to all!

I recently stopped at the Tesla Supercharger and was really impressed with the facility. It was excellent!

I loved it! The staff is wonderful, very accommodating, and overall a pleasant experience. You won't be disappointed.

Only stayed for one night but this is a lovely, well run and exceptionally clean hotel everywhere was spotless. We did arrive early and our room wasn't ready but reception communicated with housekeeping and they gave us a different room which was ready. The room was nice, very clean although a little basic but everything was there that needed to be. We had drinks in McHale's bar good Guinness and good wines by the glass, all at reasonable prices. We ate in the little room off the main bar and the food, although not inexpensive, was good but it did take a long time to arrive. Our server whose unusual name I forget (young, dark hair, began with F) was very friendly but once the food eventually arrived he proceeded to crouch down beside our table and talk for about 10 minutes while we were trying to eat. We really don't want someone watching us and talking while trying to eat it's really quite off putting. He did the same again after we ordered another glass of wine it took forever to come and he proceeded to talk again. F was very friendly but too in your face. It's fine being attentive but we feel he just tried too hard to the point of being overkill and irritating. Breakfast was fine but the website advertises a brunch menu we asked about it and were told they don't do brunch any more. Why is it still on the website then? Talking about the website (this may be considered nitpicking) the information about McHale's bar says that 20% off a staycation is available for dates from Oct 1st through April 30th 2021. Again, why is this on the website? Attention to detail and accuracy has to be important in any industry. Breakfast was perfectly fine but rather uninspiring. After the disappointment of no brunch items, the usual full Irish, mini breakfast, and bacon and eggs were the only cooked offerings in addition to the boring cereals and fruit juices there was nothing different available. Some avocado toast, eggs benedict (originally on the brunch menu), and other tasty delights would have been welcome. The bacon and eggs we had were fine and the eggs cooked as requested you have to do your own toast. So, would we stay again? Probably, but some little things were irritating so 4 rather 5 stars seems appropriate. Can't comment on the spa or the kids facilities.

The hotel was lovely, the room was comfortable and cozy (perhaps a little too warm for our liking, so we turned down the heating and opened the windows). The hotel had great amenities including a swimming pool and offered a discount for kids' activities. The kids had a blast at the pool, which wasn't crowded at all and was conveniently located within the hotel. They were also greeted with a small bag and a chocolate in the room, as well as a complimentary hot chocolate that looked delicious (all part of an Easter promotion). The kids club was a hit with the children (and parents too), with the staff doing a fantastic job of keeping the little ones entertained in a fun and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel for families with children. We dined at the bar, and the food was good, typical of a pub restaurant. The cleanliness of the establishment was commendable, with the staff constantly ensuring everything was spotless. Breakfast was served buffet-style, offering a wide variety of options including Irish breakfast, cereals, and pastries. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be returning with our family!
