La Fiesta De Las Pupusas - Atenas

The food service was super good. we had beef, chicken, and vegetable pupusas, beef fajitas, chicken consommé plantains. everything was super delicious. the waiters were very nice and accommodating, an english speaking waiter even came out to help us as we were struggling with the spanish menu. he basically went over the entire menu and answered all of our questions. 10/10!

Pupusas are fun Salvadorian savory pancakes with meat, seafood, cheese, beans, or other options cooked in with the batter per your choice from menu. Cooked/griddled in oil, so something to consider. Cabbage in vinegar served as an accompaniment. I think this is a dish one would miss if you grew up with it, but we did not find it especially tasty. Restaurant hosts were very nice.

Good food and very affordable

Awesome papusas and everything else
