Emporio Alle Pia Salami - Atascadero

I haven't visited the physical store, but I discovered them online while searching for guanciale and ended up purchasing some of their salami as well. I've enjoyed all their products so much that I'm excited to share this review. I ordered the Tartufo and some guanciale, and both items were shipped quickly and arrived within a reasonable timeframe. The salami, in particular, was fantastic—well-packaged and flavorful, with a noticeable truffle taste that wasn't overpowering. The texture was expertly crafted, showcasing distinct marbling from the lean meat and fat. The guanciale is excellent for cooking. I usually buy it from Coro Salumi, but since they were out of stock, I turned to Alle Pia. Now, I don’t see a reason to return to my previous supplier unless Alle Pia runs out of stock.

This is the highest quality salami and cured meats you can find outside of Italy. They are perfectly aged and crafted with skill.

Excellent variety of traditional Italian sausages, incredible cheeses, sauces, and pastas. What a fantastic discovery in our town!
