Kfc - Astoria

The chicken, corn, and potatoes were absolutely delicious. The only thing I missed was ketchup, as it wasn't an available option to select online.

My husband and I were extremely disappointed with nearly every aspect of this meal. The chicken was cold, the extra crispy coating was falling off in chunks, and the chicken was dried out. the chicken nuggets were cold and dry, only the honey mustard dipping sauce saved them. The fries were on the cold side but were edible and somewhat tasty. The biscuits were hard and crumbled when we tried to open them and put the butter and Honey Sauce on, which was impossible to do since they failed to include the 4 packets of Honey Sauce that I ordered separately with the food order. I hesitated to order in the first place, but was reading so many recent positive reviews that I didnt listen to my gut instinct. Big mistake and lesson learned.

This KFC location is excellent. The quality and food temperature at the Seaside branch are disappointing compared to Astoria. I've never had an issue with the Astoria KFC, and the staff there are very friendly. I really appreciate how they realize when I order an extra chicken strip for my famous bowl and cut it up for me. At other KFC locations, they just hand me whole chicken strips.

Was given less than half of Mac and only 3 pieces of small chicken

They forgot the fries again. They seem to forget something every time I visit this location. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would.
