Domino's Pizza - Astoria

Ordered a simple order and it came wrong. Spent over 20 mins on hold with the call center to get it fixed. What a joke. Should of order locally.

Got a pizza in the early afternoon. The staff was so friendly, professional, and fast! Pizza was delicious. There is a reason Domino’s is the best! I’ll be back for sure!

The staff is really nice. Everyone is polite. The pizza is made quickly and handed to me while still hot. Twice we've ordered and paid for extra cheese and it looks like barely the requisite amount. My husband worked at Dominos in college. Extra cheese used to be a layer of cheese, toppings and then a second layer of cheese. I don't think we're supposed to see bread poking through. I guess the cooks just do what they're told so this is a corporate issue. Maybe corporate wants to rethink the presentation of their product? It just doesn't feel like a good value to pay $12.99 for a small with two toppings and have it be skimpy. We can get the same sized wood fired pizza with the toppings we love and extra cheese for about $8 at their competitor. (The advantage to Dominos is that they're open late.
