Food was average quality, but cheap. The atmosphere is beautiful and it has a good view of the city.

Great place in a magnificent place of the city. You will definitely enjoy the panoramic views of the Skybar on the city. But that's all. Service (also without a smile) is more than optional. The waiters will ignore you even if you wake up your arm like a fairy to attract their attention. The place is usually quite empty, which makes it harder not to see you, but still manage it! Regarding food, it is decent, although largely overpriced, and often they will not be able to offer you what is on the menu, so you just have to order what they have... Too bad they could have done so much with the place instead, it's empty and the atmosphere pretty morbid. Don't go back.

Good view of the left bank side of the city, the new one, and of the Nur Astana mosque and the Ministry of Justice palace, above all. The place is comfortable, clean, the music is not loud. Prices not very expensive. The coffee espresso is good. Sushi, salads (few and very poor), starters, some main dishes with meat and fish, cocktails and so on. Twice I ordered sparkling water, but I have not received it.
