Although advertised on the internet the swimming pool was closed. The water seems to be dark green for at least 8 months according to other guests photos. A rich breakfast with fruits, egg, bread, cheese and sausages was promised on the internet. However a piece of cake and a bottle of water was all we got (plus a coffee after we asked for it)... a joke compared to what was promised. The matresses were pretty hard. . The staff was friendly but could not really help us with some requests we had. Owner/staff kept their car‘s motor running for 10 minutes in the middle of the night in front of our window. One star for nice building and landscape. Very nice.

We stayed for two nights before moving on to Noto. Our friends have stayed in this place very often as they can take their Rottweiler with them. Place was nearly empty, strange for August, very quiet and peaceful just a few minutes drive from the Outlet Village. Food, well there is hardly any choice, in fact there are no menus. For breakfast you are just given a slice of cake and coffee. For dinner you have to take whatever the cook decides to serve. We ate once and had an antipasto, pasta, meat plus roasted potatoes and vegs plus water melon for desert. All the food was very good. Parking no problem. Large pool, but could be much cleaner. Nice view of a smoking Etna at dawn. Worst part of the stay, the most uncomfortable bed ever.
