Loved all the special dishes that the chefs created for a visiting vegetarian--they were made with both a sense of love and a sense of humor (onion sorbet, anyone? . Loved every minute of it. When the bill came, I realized I won't every be able to return, so this was literally a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Instruct this restaurant to any city, and you have to reserve at least three months to get another table. The two brothers Ruben and Pieter the Maesschalck work in an open kitchen, so you can follow any action. The passion you see is also taste. This is solid workmanship combined with dare, every dish brings a surprise and makes you curious about the next one. A very special place!
These two brothers combine some of the best food in the world. Together with the paring food organic wine, by Chateau Castigno, it is unique in its simplicity taste, I believe!
