Terrible service. Shouted ‘English’ at us whilst we waited an age to be even acknowledged. Charged for bread we didn’t ask for and when we questioned it they said it was ‘service’. Waited to pay and was ignored so they could get a large group to pay Individually despite being there long before. Bad service, poor food, despicable manners. Don’t bother

Rude and bored waiting staff. Although the food was ok the way we were treated was not. On going up to the desk to pay (as is expected) the cashier serves everyone infront of us ignoring us while we stood there. We were charged 2.50euro each for bread we didn’t want and didn’t eat but she refused to take it off. There are far better restaurants in the area and I wish we had returned to one of them.

Buon ristorante si mangia bene. Il personale é disponibile e cordiale.

Tartare ottima , antipasto nella media, Fiorentina dura e immangiabile, 60€ in due . Diciamo che con antipasto e tartare il voto era 9 ma dopo la Fiorentina direi un 6 perché mi ha deluso parecchio . Servizio veloce e cortese .
