Home Team Bbq - ASPEN

My husband and I took our three-year-old to this restaurant, and we had a fantastic experience. We were seated immediately by a very friendly server who took excellent care of us. She promptly placed our child's order while we explored the tempting menu. Normally, I go for a pulled pork sandwich when I have BBQ, but she recommended the beef brisket and assured me she would swap it out if I didn't like it. Being a creature of habit, I requested a sample first, and it was incredible! I chose baked beans as my side but had my eye on all the options. The server suggested I get the slaw that comes with the sandwich on the side, which turned out to be a brilliant idea. My husband enjoyed the pulled pork plate with mac and cheese and cucumber salad. We also ordered Tater Tots with aioli dipping sauce, which were perfection. The mac and cheese was a hit with our daughter, who also loved her cheeseburger from the kids' menu. The prices were reasonable, and the value and quality were outstanding. Oh, I can't forget the margarita—it was perfect! The only downside was that we didn't save enough room for dessert. We hope to return before heading home in a couple of weeks. If not, we’ll definitely be back in December for more Home Team BBQ. Yum! Also, the atmosphere was great, with open doors to the outside where guests can play cornhole or let the kids run around. There’s even a side room with shuffleboard—maybe next time we'll bring a babysitter!

The brisket nachos were absolutely fantastic—truly out of this world! I was also pleasantly surprised by the fried ribs. The staff was exceptional, making us feel like family with their warm and attentive service. The drive from down valley was definitely worth it! Be sure to stop by and taste their delicious dishes; you won’t regret it! A big thank you to Brad, Amy, Jessica, and the entire team!

Home Team BBQ has such a cool vibe and a very accommodating, fun staff! You won't find better meat this side of the mountain! I love how they are able to elevate such simple, comforting food into something special. You guys are killin it!

I had the chopped beef brisket sloppy Joe on the special menu. Was delicious!
