Catch Steak Aspen

Cesar salad was disappointing, not much flavor aside from the croutons.Burrata with truffle honey was incredible.Greeley steak was disappointing, chewy.Beautiful well designed space.

We were here 2 years ago. Loved came back fist night in town. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. Starting with the serves messing up our water cup. We had one bottle of still and one sparkling. Sunday someone comes and fills our cups with tap water. Didn’t ask a thing. A few minutes later, sparkling in a cup of still. I told them to stop pouring water for us. Was upsetting. And then the steaks come, both of my daughters ordered filet mignon, medium well when they came the amount of black pepper on the steaks I’ve never seen anything like it. Sorry to say that I will most likely not come back.

Outstanding. The food was so delicious! The service was excellent! I am definitely going back. I highly recommend. It's one of the best restaurants in Aspen! Go, you will love it!

Best dinner experience I’ve had in Aspen. We’ll be back!

The steaks were so good! Bananas Foster for dessert was a fun experience. We had to wait awhile to be seated, despite having a reservation, but service at the table was attentive and good.
