Excellent Italian cuisine. better than Italian. very expensive.

Eating was amazing, the service was great, and the cocktails and wein are world class! while there are food options for every taste, the focus is on Italian eating. if they are looking for authentic Italian cuisine in aspen, this is the place we had the lasagne and the seafood linguini. the pizzas looked amazing and the menu description for the carbonara tells me the cook white something about authentic Italian cuisine. the attention and focus on the service was not lost to this reviewer. easy to book on opentable. enjoys!

Fantastic restaurant with great atmosphere and wonderful selection of spirits. the waiting staff was amazing! the waitress ordered my main course and paired a wee with it. all in all. we will be back

Was very rushed thru dinners and tables are too small to put food and pizzas

The thin crust pizza at Acquolina is outstanding. All the food is delicious.
