Frankie Benny's Ashton Moss

We requested steaks. My husband wanted rare and I wanted medium rare. We were very satisfied in how the steak had been cooked. The accompanying food was also very good. Two clean plates. The salad bar was also very good with plenty of choice.

Truly awful experience! My granddaughters and I went to the Harvester as a treat. However, the food took a little over an hour before it arrived and when it did it was mostly vile. My salmon was overcooked and the vegetables wrinkled like they'd been in the hot tub for a week, and therefore inedible. My partner offered a chicken breast instead of rotisserie chicken, it was barely a fillet of chicken and the ribs were vile. The kids were happy with there's though!

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly and thoughtful during our visit. They provided prompt and efficient service even during the busy lunchtime at half term. Our server noticed my son's birthday badge and surprised him with a dessert complete with a candle and a birthday song sung by fellow colleagues, which was a lovely touch. It had been years since our last visit to F B, but we were pleased to see that the restaurant still has a great team and serves delicious food.

Despite the restaurant being really busy, we were greeted with a smile by a lovely gentleman called Bailey who showed us to a table. He then served us at the tills where he was so polite to our whole family and catered to all of our needs. Bailey is a credit to Nandos!

Went to Nando’s Ashton today and got served at the table by manish. Great manners and attitude with an attentive attitude. Manish was very polite and with a smile and made sure we had everything. The whole staff in Ashton are very polite with good service attitude. It is the finest Nando’s in Manchester with the best staff. We’ve been to all of them, Stockport, Stretford white city, elk mill( which is the worst), trafford centre, chill factor Nando’s, the forte Nando’s in cheethamhill, Manchester City centre Nando’s, oldham city centre Nando’s etc. but the Ashton nandos is the best. We won’t go to any other one now. There was a brawl in the restaurant between some customers but the staff handled it extremely well even though they were all very young. Keep up the good work Ashton.
