The Breakwater - Ashland

We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with stunning views of Lake Superior. Our server provided us with excellent recommendations for other sights to explore. The pancakes were the best I've ever tasted, and the beef hash was absolutely perfect.

I never had a negative experience here. Always beyond expectations. Recommend everyone who wants large foods and portion sizes for an honest price! Truly the spices of restaurants in the area.

The food was enjoyable overall. The Southwestern dish was fantastic! The breakfast with eggs and sausage was good, although the steak was a little on the dry side. The waitstaff was very friendly, and I noticed that almost every waitress came by our table at some point to offer us coffee, which was a wonderful surprise since we love coffee.

The food may take a little while to prepare, but it is outstanding once it arrives! The service is fantastic, the view is amazing, and the whole place has a wonderful hometown vibe!
