Redzone Sports N' Grill - Ashland

I am delighted that we now have a true Sports Bar in Ashland. When I want to take a break from fancy restaurants and unique foods and just want to relax, watch a game, have a cold drink, and enjoy some delicious food, this is where I go. Taco Tuesday is fantastic, with $1 beef or chicken tacos that are well-prepared. It's strange that they don't offer any beer specials during Taco Tuesday. The seats aren't the most comfortable, but there are plenty of TVs that are crystal clear.

Called to dine in for party of 6 with a 5 year old boy. They said yes they can serve us, was after 9pm. Showed up and they said they couldn 't serve us. They said they couldn 't serve a 5 year old after 9pm. I told him I just called and he said it must have been a different place with the same name. I recalled the same number I called before and another employee from this restaurant answered. This employee that was standing in front of me lied to my face. I would never go to this place and anyone who goes to this place who isn 't white may be in for a rude experience.

Not so impressed anymore. Used to be our go to spot for casual business meetings. But two women in the 50s I guess aren't their thing cause the last two times they practically ignored us and were rude when we needed things like a napkin. We had generally gone there for the fried pickles. We usually order at least 3-4 drinks and 2-3 plates of appetizers so it isn't like we are going in and ordering water. Service used to be good and friendly but after this last visit I am done and won't be recommending it anyone.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for about a month now. I used to come with some friends after rehearsals at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival to relax and order some delicious tater tots. However, during my last visit when I came in on my night off to watch a game, I was falsely accused of "stealing" from them. This experience made me question whether this establishment prioritizes their customers or their profits, and it seems like the owner cares more about the latter. As a result, I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere.

After we 1st got waited on the service was horrible. Had to go to the bar to pay bill. Never asked if we wanted anything else. Place was not crowded so to me there is no excuse.
