Update, 11-25-21, back up to 4 stars. Consistency seems to be the issue here and the last couple times they have a great staff, clean nice seating and an excellent Mexican mocha. I hope it stays this good. Update, 6-12-21, went from 4 starts to 2. Bad customer service, coffee tasting sour. Sad but luckily there are many other options in town. Another coffee shop in Ashland? Yep! Classy interior seating, sidewalk seating also. The guy with the curly hair is great, professional, fast and personable. Good iced Americano, smooth, mellow and almost sweet. Good vibes.. Service was a little slow like someone else mentioned but I was not in a hurry so it's cool. I will be back for the tomato bisque.

Great open space for a coffeehouse in Ashland. I really enjoyed their homemade granola. The coffee was good, too. The only downfall was that they didn't really want to answer any questions or offer up recommendations.

I always order the charcoal mocha which is great but the last three times I ordered it, the Barista at the Ashland location didn't know how to make it and I always end up with a regular mocha that is way too strong! Please train him on how to make a charcoal mocha.

Pony Espresso is one of my favorite spots in Ashland. The chai is the best in town, the food is great, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Big shout out to the manager, Emma, for making this place a must.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Ashland! Amazing drinks and delicious food, I love their grilled sandwiches, it's always a win when there are plenty of hearty foods and pastries. The atmosphere is cozy and cute!
