O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Ashland

Everything was fantastic! The steak we ordered was the best I’ve had in a while—perfectly cooked medium rare. Our waiter, Cassidy, was excellent: attentive, friendly, and quick. Overall, it was a wonderful evening!

In today's 8/31 at approx. 3pm and 2 workers stood in front of the door smoking. There were 20 feet from the door. I didn't go through her smoke, so I took my business somewhere else. If the managers can't stop them from smoking where they shouldn't be like how do I know if the managers let them wash their hands before they treat my food! This is disgusting!!!!

The service was great, but the food wasn't almost as good as before. Always look forward to the delicious roles WOW what a disappointment!!!! They were flat as pancakes and had a terrible taste. The chicken strips were very rubbery. I have no plans to come back soon. O Charley?s used to be one of my favorite restaurants.

The glass partitions between nearly all the tables were very dirty. The potato soup was poorly prepared, with the potatoes not being cleaned well enough, making them so hard that I had to use my spoon to cut them. I definitely won't be ordering that soup again!
