Just what we needed on a long road trip! I called an hr out and had to leave a message. I received a call back, and booprivate baths were booked, so we did the general admission. We were surprised to see there were only 2 other people we shared the place with.

Lovely place for self care if you enjoy hot soak, sauna and steam. I wish the cold plunge were colder in the warm weather but it lowers the body temp. My first visit was free, I'm not sure if that's a regular deal but let them know if you're a first timer.

Friendly staff and a relaxing and peaceful setting to unwind. I recommend a soak/sauna followed by a massage for the full experience. One of the best massages I’ve ever had!
