Blue Toba - Ashland

I recently moved to Ashland and decided to try out Blue Toba for the first time today. I ordered the rendang and I must say it was the best meal I've had in months. The food is organic and authentic, and you can truly taste the quality in every bite. If you've never tried Indonesian cuisine before, this is the perfect place to start. And if you're already a fan of Indonesian food, you won't want to go anywhere else after trying Blue Toba. Thank you Blue Toba for the amazing experience!

This is authentic as you can possibly get for Indonesian food. The fact that the chef travels all the way to Indonesia to get spices and expand his knowledge should be enough said. The food is delicious and packed full of layers of flavor! The service is always very friendly and the place is always very clean!

This is hands down the best Indonesian food you can find! I wish I could have turmeric rice every day because it's that good. Chef B's culinary skills really shine through in every dish.

True indo. Homestyle!!! All meat, hormone steroid free. Everything else is organic (rice, veggies, tofu). All food is delicious. Small space but worth the visit! Makes me want to move to Ashland. Tastes like Home.
