Applebee's Grill - Ashland

I had forgotten my leftovers and my server came running out to give them to me. That's absolutely going the extra mile Always have excellent service here

Ordered the promotion “Whole Lotta Bacon Burger”. It came with fries I up ordered onion rings. It was a big burger and a good portion of bacon. Tasty too.There must have been 15 20 people there mostly separate checks.The servers were great, food came quickly and prepared correctly.When it was time to pay equally quickly awesome!

Years ago, Applebee 's was a meh but in the last few months we have eaten there many times and the food, service and especially the staff have been outstanding. I had a small problem on two orders on two different occasions. One was very minor but they not only fixed the problem but gave me a free dessert. The other time it was a steak that was undercooked (twice, but it was an excellent cut of meat) but the manager took the time to explain to me they were getting steak from a different distributor which were thicker and the chefs were getting to know how to cook new meat for the proper amount of time. I repeat that the meat was excellent. The manager also gave us a deep discount on the meal MORE than fair. The parmesan sauce for chicken, steak, and shrimp is excellent. Also, we asked them to cook the broccoli to our specs and they did a superb job with that, too. We plan to keep going back for a long time. Very happy with this Applebee 's, from the service by the manager and servers to the quality of food.

Waitress was a little flustered as there were 11of us. But overall did a good job. Food eas great.

Food was pretty good, however, my table had a steak that was supposed to be medium rare, but it came out as medium well but they gave us another one and took it off the bill. The server was great and everything else was great.Parking: Normal parking lot for Applebee's, in addition there's plenty of unused parking in the store lot behind it.
