Contribuiți la feedbackServing lager in standard pint glasses without widgets is very disappointing. In this modern era, no one wants to drink a lager that appears flat and lacks flavor. It's time to step up your game and provide a better experience for your customers. Breweries don't charge extra for proper pint glasses, so there's no excuse for serving subpar drinks.
I recently visited a restaurant and had a disappointing experience. I was enjoying my beer and even got offered a second pint for the price of a half, which was a nice surprise. However, while playing the fruit machine, there was a power cut that caused me to lose my winnings. When I complained to the staff, they were uninterested and unapologetic. The lady behind the bar even threatened to ask me to leave for expressing my disappointment. I asked to be reimbursed for the lost money, but was met with skepticism and disbelief. The lack of customer service and refusal to acknowledge my issue was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this establishment and will instead give my business to a different pub where I am treated with respect. It was a disappointing experience and I expect better treatment in the future.
When the pub was first taken over and renovated a few months ago it was lovely and the staff were lovely. The pub itself is still lovely but the “new” barmaid is not so, very unwelcoming and actually quite rude and snappy.
It's been YEARS since I last visited this pub. I popped in whilst waiting for my dog to have her groom around the corner. The place has been freshened up since my last bist and to be honest, a total treat. Good selection of beers/ales, cocktails on tap and from what I saw a very good pub food menu. Collected my dog after her groom, popped back had another lovely ale. (Tim Taylors) can't really go wrong. Was a real pleasure to visit and next time I'll be sure to have more time. Brilliant job.
I recently visited a restaurant that was promoting their new menu. My friend and I went for lunch on a weekday and were greeted warmly by the bartender, Tracy. Surprisingly, they also welcomed our dog! The menu offered a mix of traditional dishes with a Caribbean twist. The burger and chips we ordered were excellent, especially the jerk chicken burger which was expertly cooked by Chef Lenny with great passion. All the sauces and dressings were homemade and customizable to our spice preferences. The chef even took the time to personally speak to every diner about their thoughts on the food. Overall, it was a great dining experience and definitely worth a visit.
