We have been here lots of times in the past , my husband pick Bybrook Barn as he liked it there , last night our waitress was fantastic , nothing too much trouble , her name was Sam , she kept apologising, we waited nearly...2hrs for our mains, OK 2 of our party had starter , but no excuse , my meal was lovely one it came , my husband had fish cakes , which he has had in the past , they were burned hard , sauce was missing off his plate , our son in law , sent back his gravy as was discusting , he couldn't eat the chicken he had as was pink in middle, I know they were busy last night , but I think you should change your chef ,they obviously don't know him or to cook properly , I'm afraid we won't be coming back , for a while if ever again , disgusting

Our waiter, Elliot was exceptional and was lovely whilst serving us, will definitely return. Amazing experience

After having a bad experience at this Harvest I have avoided using it for some time. My friend and I had been to the cinema but prior to this booked a table for 4.30 pm. Arrived slightly late due to the finishing time of the...film but it wasn’t a problem. We were seated straight away. Our waitress was Sam. She took our drink orders, came back with the drinks and took our order for food. Explained everything to us. Starters were very nice. The main meal came and were very tasty. Sam is a credit to the restaurant and company as she kept her tables well serviced. She was attentive and very professional. She certainly knows her job. I am really pleased to see the restaurant working so well, giving good service and food. I will certainly be back. Thank you.

This food is very overpriced for what it is, pre-packed whole garbshe, I can't believe that people are happy to pay these prices. we spent over 70 pounds on a lunch for 4 people (which I regularly, but eating is worth it) honestly. I can't stress enough how over price it is. for example, I went as family from 4 to cafe du soliel in canterbury a few days later paid £68 for us all food beautiful. mushroom rissotto, braided bark meat, teryaki duck breast a huge beautiful stone baked pizza cooked in their stone open fire oven, all cooked freshly served beautifully. it's a crime how much they're burdening. I complained because I honestly wanted my money back, it was a shame, but it was a pointless complain I don't know to make this mistake again. another example of how awfully worth harvesting machine is by comparing the beautiful restaurant called sonnenschein bistro in hythe, amazing food 3 courses for £12,95pp total £54 for 4 people. please avoid these chain restaurants!
