Kfc - Ashford

We ordered a party bucket for £35 from KFC in Ashford. It was the worst KFC we have ever eaten. My grandchildren love KFC, so we usually buy it for them when we are in Surrey. However, when we bought it for them in Ashford last week, we were very unimpressed. The food arrived cold, with what appeared to be yesterday's chicken, and the chips seemed old, possibly leftover from the day before. We will not be ordering from KFC in Ashford again.

It's no wonder that seagulls are always spotted outside this KFC - they are drawn to the scraps, and you won't find more scraps at any other restaurant than at this place. I grabbed a takeout from here the other night, and to put it mildly, it was revolting. The fries were old and shriveled, clearly made from low-quality potatoes. The chicken was dry and tough, likely fried multiple times. I ended up tossing it all in the trash; too bad the seagull wasn't there to enjoy it. Honestly, I think even the bird would have turned up its beak and flown away. If you're looking for a meal, I strongly recommend going somewhere else - this KFC is just plain disgusting.

Nice usualky freshly cooked chicken ,new zinger stacker is lovely ,have had a bit of a tummy ache after eating here previously, but last two times have been good , prefer hew type chips butcut the skin off please asreally nit pleasant.

Great spot for a quick snack and a break from your daily routine. The drive-through service is efficient and fast, with standard quality food. Nothing too special, but gets the job done.

The key thing when it comes to fast food outlets is consistency however good or bad the food is, it is usually (and should be) consistent throughout each restaurant. With KFC you know what you are going to get fatty but flavoursome and crispy chicken, an unhealthy treat. Not from this restaurant! It was terrible. Fair enough KFC has had its fair share of bad news recently with the recent shortage of raw material, and I don't if that affected my experience, but the KFC I had on Thursday evening was possibly the worst I have ever had chewy chicken, poor flavour, and the coating had essentially bubbled away from the chicken very poor and unlike any previous KFC food I have eaten. If I ever want a guilty pleasure in the future and fancy some fast food I will avoid this particular restaurant.
