India House - Ashford

We had a fantastic dining experience at India House this week. Our group of 12 enjoyed delicious starters and main courses. Every dish was beautifully presented, served promptly, and received rave reviews from everyone at the table. The portions were generous and the service was excellent. This was my fourth or fifth visit to India House and I will definitely be back soon. They also have a great selection of wine and beer. I highly recommend pairing the La Poderosa Malbec with the Lamb Shank. They also offer takeout options.

I had a delightful surprise at this restaurant. The food was well-seasoned and tasted fresh. The presentation of the restaurant was nice and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be returning.

The restaurant seemed to be the most popular on a quiet Wednesday evening as we entered the town, and it only got busier 30 minutes later. The food had a homemade quality to it yet presented at restaurant standards. We ordered Nepalese dumplings, Nepalese chicken curry, and Biryani, all of which were well-seasoned and expertly cooked. The total bill for two with drinks came to £42.

Had no table reservation on a Saturday but they found us a space. Excellent and attentive service and really good food. May not be the cheapest but I would definitely recommend them.

First time visiting India House on a Saturday evening. Friendly staff and excellent food, two of us are vegetarian great choice and we all thought the best Indian dishes we had had for a very long time. Beer and wine selection excellent. We will be back and only sorry we haven’t found you before now!
