Paradise Village - Ashford

We absolutely loved our stay. We had a few things like: no hot water in the bathroom and our smoke alarm going off at 6:40am in tiny cabin 16. But the owner was so apologetic and remedied it immediately. We will definitely be back!!! We did not stay overnight, only visited the restaurant, so my review is strictly on that. 1) I ordered ribeye steak medium) and it was over cooked, cold, and had steak sauce on top when it arrived I did not ask for steak sauce on my steak. Vegetables that it came with were cold as well 2) My wife ordered sour cherry pirogies, and they didn’t bother to tell us that they couldn’t make that until they were already bringing all of our other orders to our table. They offered a substitute, which we waited for, but also never arrived. This is the worst experience I had at a restaurant in a while. This place does have potential, but someone needs to step up and manage it, as it seems like it is not being managed at all! Giving this place a 1 star solely on the restaurant, as we did not stay over night. What a cute little coffee place to stop on the way to Mt Rainier, the breakfast and cofe are great! Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

I had such a great time here! The management was very accommodating and helped us change our reservation at the last minute due to weather concerns. The restaurant was great and had a wonderful selection of Ukrainian beer. The accommodation felt newly built and was very clean. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Rainier!
