Zia Food Truck - Asheville

I crave their fish taco all the time. Everything is so good! It stays fresh and crispy and doesn't get soggy like others do. I go to this truck more than i go to the restaurant because it's so good!

Well, I love a good cheeseburger, Or at least grandaddiO does. A few weeks back he and a friend ordered the double, green chili burger. He’s a long time cheeseburger with plain yellow mustard, dill pickles and onion boy, and for him to order a burger without substitutes is a big step for him, well from know on he’ll stick with the taco truck burger. It was excellent. Melty cheese, a bunch of green chilis and perfect flattop cookery. The Patties’ had crust! And all the rest of their grub is top notch. Beer place with good selection and ample outdoor seating. If you like good good truck grub, you won’t be disappointed by spending time at this place. I now have six teeth and soon I’ll be able to taste foods like this on my own. Nap time. Little Evie out

Excellent wings and tacos. I’m from NM so the only thing I want to say is, can you add lettuce, tomato, onion pickles to your Green Chile Cheese Burgers please?

Seriously some of the best quesadillas I've ever had, no doubt best food truck food I've had.
