Pick up a UberEATS order. through the drive thru said that I was at ubereats and pick up a customer order there. when they delivered the food, it was not sealed, nor in a bag asked them to put the order in a bag and seal, but a bag was thrown that was asked to speak with a manager and turned out that it was the manager who did this, then tells me that I need to know it must be sealed. honestly, he was crazy because I had him pick him up and sealed him if I were so shamed to have a manager like that.

4 followed one another. only one in the head. a large chocolate chocolate milkshake. man was good. sonic was only close to where I was the whole week to go upstairs and I had love friends to go with me so that was a plus. parking: many parking spaces plus car thru

I post that on hopes someone will see higher. I went through the drive thru to 9/5/2022 about 5pm to get a reese shake. I took a swallow from my milkshake and a fingernail went on the straw and in my mouth. I was absolutely disgusting and gagging. there was also (what seemed a gray colored) hair in the cup. I was on the way to work and called to run the lead. I didn't even want my money back or a new shake that I wanted to make them realize so that they could get along with their personal. I was polite even though I was terrible. all manager on duty replied with (one who started with a s I think) was that no one worked with gray hair and I must have the wrong situation. his ton was extremely rude. I confirmed the location and told him that I was not mistaken and I was very upset as I had just a human fingernail in my mouth through that. the manager just said “okay” and I was hanging up. that would not even be a big problem if he had apologized for it and told me he would look at it. I'm totally horrified. this place is obviously unconfirmed and management refuses to take account of accountability.

National French fry day so I ordered some fries at a couple different places. These fries were really good. They were obviously made fresh as they were piping hot with no limpness at all. Seemed perfectly salted. And they were cheaper than the Arby's fries which were barely warm, limp and over seasoned/salted...
