The manager of the service 06 15 22 at this place is rude and does not care. his attitude to her mistake with my command was shameful. how the customer should just get over it and what I gave them the wrong order, not back to this place. with the word of the mouth will be your fall.

They were open, but they refused to serve me and told me that I went through the road thru line wrapped around the parking lot. f this place

If the drinks were made correctly the first time, I wouldn't have any complaints. I walk by this place almost every day on my way to work, and I often order a caramel iced latte, but they always seem to miss the espresso. It either ends up being just a cup of milk or completely lacking in sweetness. Then, I find myself having to ask the staff, who are usually high school girls with a not-so-great attitude, to fix my $6 coffee. I would recommend Dunkin' in Fairview instead—they're always open, make the drinks well, and have a friendly staff!

The staff was quite short during my visit, and the restaurant closed unexpectedly at 2 PM on certain days. The employees seemed to be unhappy and frequently complained about their jobs. Honestly, given the low pay—around $8 an hour, or whatever Dunkin' offers—I can understand their frustrations. The coffee was decent this time, but the quality seems to vary from day to day.

I spent 14.50 on 2 drinks and 3 donuts and the donuts and coffee sucked. Had to throw one of the donuts away because the frosting slid off the donut when I pulled it out of the bag. Having them edit this because I threw a second donut away. It was horrible. The one donut I actually ate tasted a day old and I should have tossed that one too. It’s not specific to this store though, all Dunkin Donuts locations are garbage. Only reason I ate here was because I had a gift card and I still regret going.
