I always have a great time at Dobrá in this location. They offer a wonderful variety of seating, making it just as cozy to visit alone as it is with a larger group. The cashew cheesecake is simply fantastic, and the lavender cookie is both huge and delicious. Although the menu is packed with information, it’s easy to navigate, and you can take your time to order at the counter, so there’s no rush. The atmosphere is generally quite calm, which makes it a perfect place to get some work done too.

The tea was decent, but our food took an entire hour to arrive, which is unacceptable. I'm not sure if the cooks were on their lunch breaks, but as someone who works in the culinary field, I found the wait concerning for your establishment. I can't recommend this place.

Nevertheless, if you can weather this, Dobra is a dream for any tea aficionado.

The customer service was horrible. The lady had no interest in helping or taking my order. She just stood there. I had to ask to be waited on. No selection was offered other than what was posted. No helpful suggestions. I ordered a strawberry bubble tea to go. It might have well been watered down strawberry milk with minimal sweetness and bland rubbery balls that added nothing. I don't plan on returning to this location.
