If you are seeking a spicy meal, this restaurant may not be the best choice. After waiting for three hours, the experience did not live up to expectations. The ambiance inside is also just average. The restaurant has a strange system where customers have to wait in line for hours. For lunch, the line starts forming at 9 am. For dinner, the line starts forming at 5 pm. If you have plenty of time to wait in line, Chaipaani could be the place for you. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, and we were delighted with everything we ordered. The atmosphere and service were also top-notch. We can't wait to come back and sample more of their menu offerings.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and tasted authentic. The Lamb Jai dish was the standout of the meal, and the Paneer wrap was also very good. The service was efficient, although this was a takeout meal. The price per person was between $10–20. I would give the food a rating of 5 and the service a 4. I highly recommend trying the Lamb Burgers here!

We ordered the matchstick okra fries and tomato and cheese uttapam. The fries okra is taste good particularly match with a beer. The uttapam taste so so, it's like a pizza but dough is soky and soft, not taste well. The quantity of food might not enough for a dinner entry and pricey. Service: Dine in
