Contribuiți la feedbackThe restaurant is not as good as it used to be. It seems like the pandemic has impacted it and they don't seem to be putting in much effort. The sandwiches were smaller than before and the rolls were mediocre. The biggest disappointment was ordering the smokehouse wings, which were not smoked and very small. They need to change the menu at least. The staff was friendly, but it's clear that the management doesn't care anymore.
After visiting the Biltmore, we made a stop on our trip to Asheville in search of a great BBQ spot. This place did not disappoint. The staff was extremely friendly, helped us choose menu items, and provided us with a variety of sauces to try. We devoured our food quickly. I can honestly say this was the best BBQ I have ever had.
The staff was very pleasant. The food was average. The fries were overcooked and very tough. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, which was tasty. I almost spilled my drink due to the wobbly table. The decor was nice, but the napkin holder was extremely dusty and made me lose my appetite for the entire meal.
In any case the worst I had in my life. I prefer a cold mcdonalds bigmac over it. I ripped them. they were cold and hard. my job was to go and since there were some people in the restaurant, I thought that there was a good indicator that eating was fresh. young had mistaken me. the food I was badly seasoned. my pages were the Mac-Casserole and the streetmais. the 2 hush puppies were hard as marble and the only thing that tasted good was my cocostrink. When I went back with the food, I was told that I shouldn't go there because the place had gone downhill. I wish I didn't waste my $25.
Do not get Take Out unless you plan on paying a lot extra. The food is still good, but they now charge an automatic 20% gratuity for any take out order over $20 with no posted warning. They also have signs up asking for you to tip on to go orders! The server told me it was programmed into the computer and there is nothing they can do about it. $7.40 for a server to walk to the kitchen, put two containers in a bag, and bring it to the front!!! ? Also, when you pay for a premium side upgrade (mac-and-cheese), I don't expect to have plastic in it when I get home! It makes me question how premium it is or if it was in a freezer and microwaved before serving. This used to be one of the best BBQ places in town, but they have gone downhill quickly. From now on, we will take your business to somewhere that actually cares about their customers.
