Big Deal Burger - Asheville

My computer worker and me ordered the new burger. The store did good. Wow too much food. Haha ?

Don’t waste your money here, it is ran out of Dickie’s BBQ kitchen and everything was nasty. “Fries” were slimy, soggy, undercooked, limp potatoes. Every time I have ordered through Dickies I have had a bad experience so I haven’t ordered from them in a long time, and now they found a way to trick me into spending more money and ending up with another bad experience. Shouldn’t have to put my food in the oven to try to salvage some of my dinner. 0/5 stars.

I googled “veggie burger” and found this place today. They allegedly sell “Impossible burgers”, which are plant-based burgers, but when we talked to this guy there, he told us he always makes them using beef, so I wonder what makes them “incredible” and worth $11/each. He was rude to us and hadn’t even started cooking them when we arrived, although we ordered them online and paid in advance. It’s basically a scam and he made it very clear that he didn’t care at all.

I literally don’t even know if this place is real, I placed an order through Uber eats, there was no store front and the address was for Walmart. I drove around to see if I was missing the place (I wasn’t) I even asked a Walmart employee and they thought I was insane! I tried calling and never got an answer. I wouldn’t recommend.

I placed an online delivery order at 7:50 p.m. It never arrived. I have emailed, called, and texted the business multiple times and they refuse to refund the order. Avoid this place. They steal your money.
