Ambrozia Bistro - Asheville

This charming and intimate restaurant features a wonderful team of unique individuals. The food was both original and outstanding. We visited for Easter brunch, which consisted of a creative four-course menu that was absolutely delicious. They even served impressive Bloody Marys! I absolutely loved it!

To start, we ordered the lobster Hushpuppies and the bride in puff pastry, followed by the fried chicken and blue crab cavatelli. For dessert, we indulged in chocolate cake and donuts paired with a coffee mousse. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS! We will definitely make a return visit!

Nestled away from the usual spots, this is one of Asheville's finest dining destinations. They offer hearty burgers and classic bar fare, along with a more refined menu featuring exceptional high-end dishes.

Brunch all things! You have to go and experience brunches and then do it again and again because the menu changes! I never had the same for progressive brunch twice and I love that! This is a wonderful place to spend the morning with an experienced staff and warm, simply fluctuating enough atmosphere.

The beet risotto with pesto and fried goat cheese was delicious, nice laid back atmosphere in the bar.
