Perfect place to eat when you are looking for a home-cooked style meal. The food here is always delicious and prices are very reasonable. I love that you can walk in to choose your plate items immediately, cafeteria style, or you can order items from the menu. Either way, you can't go wrong with anything you choose here. Check out their daily specials, too. This is one of my favorite places to eat in Asheboro, I am never disappointed!

Very friendly staff, that takes care of their customers like your family. Convenient location and plenty of parking and a extra parking lot beside the restaurant. There's entrances on both sides of the restaurant with wheelchair accessibility. Lots of items on the menu with great prices!!

Great homestyle country cooking restaurant. Homey, comfortable. Economical. Down to earth people. Solid Southern cooking daily diner. NOT fancy. Please do not misunderstand. A combination of buffet style sit down to be served cafe. I am the pastor of Sawyersville Wesleyan. And I learned of this, as we catered in down home meals for fellowship meetings. Really pleased with the Dipper as a simple country cooking diner, operated by real nice people! I intend to eat here regularly.

This is the best place around to eat at for awesome home cooking and superior southern hospitality. The food is freshly prepared home cooked meals,(Just like mom use to make) and it's family owned and opperated so when you come in to eat,they treat you like your family. Try it,I promise you that you'll love it. If you go for breakfast, I recommend trying the Dipper special for $7.99 cause it's enough food for 2 adults plus it comes with coffee or tea. U get 2 eggs anyway u want them, bacon or sausage, hashbrowns or grits and gravy biscuits or pan cakes

Nice breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, grits and coffee! Great as was told by friends! Nice lady at drive thru! I’ll be back
