Jade Express - Asheboro

Last week was my 2nd time that ever came here and the young lady named destiny has made both experiences amazing. I asked what their position is, and she told me she was the assistant manager! I was totally shocked because today manager is the worst. to the young lady!

Today I went to this place to take lunch with my three girls. They love Chinese food . I ordered vegetables,lomein and jalapeño chicken. I was enjoying the food , when I found a caterpillar ? in the vegetables. I didn’t wanted to make a big deal because people were there with kids. I went to the cashier and told her look what I found, and said that I wanted my money back. The reaction of this woman was “What are you saying??? You say you found a caterpillar, that is not posible. I will not give you your money back.” She made me very angry ? and I told her if she wanted me to show all the people here. She then said I will give you just the money of that plate but not the others . She came and threw the plate into the trash can saying “I don’t want you to take this home.” Fortunately, I had already took this photo.

The food was awful. The rice and lo mein had zero flavor and tasted like dish soap. The teriyaki was old and crusty. It's beenyears since I've been unable to finish a meal but Jade Express made that happen in record time. Decent customer service but I wish they told me the food they served was garbage. Complete waste of money, won't ever return. Nice people though.

Delicious food and great value ? their lo mein is one of my favorites in Asheboro!!!!
