Contribuiți la feedbackWe met friends here as they have a pretty menu good selection. If I ate fried food I would order the fried chicken. Oh my, I saw several plates of that being delivered to tables. It looked fabulous. As it was, I splurged on pancake battered bacon as an appetizer. So good! Burgers were great too. We will be back.Food: 5/5
Forewarning: We've been going to the wicket since it's opened, so take that as you will. We still go there around 1-3 times a month. The wicket pub has a great selection on their standard menu, and its all good (except the half chicken, the first and only time I've had it here, I had to get it sent back to cook, as the insides were still cold. and the portions are humongous. Their normal menu appetizers are about the size of an entries from any other restaurant, and they do not skimp out for normal entries either. However what you want would be the special menu. Every week, the restaurant has something new, from standard American fair, to fusion. So far, in the 4 years of eating here, we've only seen a few specials repeat and other then the rare exception, they're all good. While the special portions are slightly smaller then the normal entries they're still huge (special appetizers excluded , so no worries about getting your money's worth.Service is generally good too, with friendly servers and relatively fast service. And on the rare occasion that something is wrong, they replace it fast with no fuss. Finally the pricing. If I was still a broke college student, this would be the place I would go to. Its prices average around $15, but its worth it. Every other time I go, I take home enough for a second meal.TL:DR?Good prices, good food, good service. Give it a shot. Unless you order the half chicken you're going to have a good time. Also the desserts are also huge (the cinnamon roll is around 6 inches in diameter and the coffee is some of the better restaurant/shop coffee I've had. (I am a mild coffee snob, so that's a complement
I came here while on a work trip in the area and stopped in just for a drink. This place is great! Excellent service, delicious food, and top shelf spirits. Ryan was the bartender and he was great. I just wish I had this place where I live.Food: 5/5
This pub is across the street from the busy and pricey One Loudon. The drinks are good, the food never disappoints, and the prices are fair The loaded tots are excellent. Come sit at the bar with friendly regulars, get a table, or enjoy the patio. A little cluster of establishments are cropping up nearby, but this one is my favorite. It closes a bit early (9ish), otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.
Ms. Brittany is a wonderful server. She was very nice soon as we walked in the door. Always made sure we had everything at our table. The breakfast is the bomb. The bacon was crispy, those pancakes are so good. We will back to try their lunch and dinner. Highly recommend this place for eat at.Food: 5/5
