We were in the area to run excavations, and dinner quickly met. East Wind China Bistro was open, so we dived. The atmosphere is average, but the whole restaurant was spotless and the tables smelled and felt perfectly clean. The order is made at the counter, and the food is made to order. Everything was fresh and piping hot; and two meals, two soups and one appetizer were all ready and served (together with delicious filtered ice water) in about ten minutes. In any case, this restaurant recommends, regardless of what the bad rating says. The staff was friendly and concise what you should expect when you talk to busy service personnel. A hint: the crispy chicken speciality was great, and the hot and acid soup was better than anyone I had. Crab Rangoon overflows with fresh filling. A

I absolutely love the beef and broccoli here! The flavor is fantastic, and there's just the right amount of sauce to soak into the white rice that comes with it. The fried rice combination is also a favorite of mine. The owners are very friendly, and the service is quick. I really appreciated the fresh fortune cookies too!

You serve the best food! Since I moved away, I haven't been able to find another restaurant that matches your quality. My favorites are the beef and broccoli and the ribs. The fried wontons are also amazing!

Usually have trouble finding a good restaurant in the area. Tried East Wind Bistro this week and was extremely pleased. The delivery was fast, the food was hot, fresh and was delicious. They are definitely the only restaurant I will order from in the future.
