Cooper's Hawk Winery - Ashburn

We recently attended a small dinner party in a private dining room and had an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch, with the female server being very attentive and helping all the guests with their drink and dinner selections. It was especially nice that she checked on each person who ordered steak to ensure it was cooked to their liking. When one steak came out more rare than desired, she quickly took it back and had it grilled more to perfection. The food overall was very good, with each of the 12 guests enjoying different meals that were all tasty. I personally ordered the Mahi which was slightly overcooked, but it wasn't a big deal since all the meals arrived at once. It was a great experience being in a private room and being able to socialize with others in our party. The desserts were also delicious.

Jackson was great! We did a wine tasting and he was fantastic. Great knowledge about the wines and fantastic conversation! He told us about a combo of wines and we tasted it and ended up buying multiple bottles! Definitely worth it! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a group of 12 people celebrating a birthday with a 5:30 reservation. The restaurant started to get crowded and it took an hour to order after getting water. It was almost another hour until the food arrived, and one person's meal was forgotten. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience. My soy ginger salmon was great, but my friend's rib eye steak was mostly fat and gristle and was inedible. The service was rated a 2 out of 5, the atmosphere a 3 out of 5, and the price per person was $30-$50 for dinner.

I have been a member of this restaurant for over 5 years, maybe even 10. Every visit is always a great experience with delicious food and excellent service. The atmosphere is top-notch. I highly recommend it for a special dinner outing. The price per person ranges from $50 to $100. Food, service, and atmosphere all rate a perfect 5 out of 5.
