Chick-fil-a - Ashburn

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant. Despite being busy when we arrived with a large group, we were pleased that our food was served quickly and still hot, all while receiving excellent customer service.

We? Start your order once more? And we're sitting in the parking lot. That was annoying, but then we had to wait 20 minutes longer before we got our food. Why are you harassing the order before time?

I ordered a big Kale Crunch page. Order number 6610047 at 9/3/2022 at 11:16:39. I think they've put half a kid in the big containers. That's ridiculous. Update: I called and they made it better. They'll take care of them if they make a mistake. Just check your order before you drive through.

Amazing experience with our server Abdel. Exceptional service and attention to detail. This is one of our favorite places to eat and it never disappoints. The food was on site and quickly came out. A great experience and will definitely come back.

This particular branch of Chick-fil-A has caused me to completely give up on the chain. I was starting to come around again after a year hiatus due to another branch repeatedly messing up my order by forgetting to include chicken in my sandwich not once, but twice! Now, at a new location in a different county, they've also managed to mess up my order. I ordered hash browns along with two sandwiches through the mobile app, but they forgot the hash browns while still marking them as ready for pickup. This was the last straw for me, and I'm officially done with Chick-fil-A.
