Chau's Cafe - Ashburn

The food here is excellent, and the owner provides friendly, personalized service, ensuring that every dish is prepared and served to a high standard of quality. I really enjoyed the authentic cuisine in a cozy and unpretentious atmosphere.

*Update: I visited again three days later. This time, I ordered Chicken Fried Rice and soup. It was served super fast, tasted delicious, and the service was great once again.*

My experience here has always been fantastic! This is my go-to Chinese restaurant. The food is outstanding, and the customer service is exceptional!

Taiwanese style fried chicken, crispy beef (sauce on the side), fried chicken wings and Singapore style my Foon (noodles) are my favorite all the time. Noodles are not in the picture.

The Kung Pao Chicken was great. Most places have been a disappointment but Chau's does it right. The chicken was well flavored and cooked, with a good balance of garnish and peanuts to balance it out. I'm glad I trusted the other reviewers and ordered it. I gave it four stars since the overall friendliness and hospitality of the cashier was just average... [UPDATE] Changed to 5 stars for better staff and service. Also the Beef and Broccoli was very tasty. The broccoli was prepared very well, and cooked perfectly. I will most definitely order it again.
