Buffalo Wing Factory - Ashburn

We had a late lunch at this restaurant and the service was terrible. We had to wait for 10 minutes just to place our order after struggling to find someone to help us. The restaurant wasn't even busy, so we were confused about the poor service. Our waitress, A, seemed annoyed and simply said, "Everything is good. It all depends on what you are in the mood for." This response caught us off guard, making us regret not asking for recommendations like other reviewers had suggested. We waited a long time for our food to arrive and had to inquire about its status. Overall, we would not recommend this place if you are hungry and looking for quick service. However, we decided to give it another chance and were pleasantly surprised. Our server, Lexi V, was fantastic and the food was delicious. Lexi recommended some menu items that we thoroughly enjoyed, especially the cheeses. We will definitely be returning in the future.

New in the area, we stumbled by chance over this jewel, and I'm glad we did! Our server Ben was TOP NOTCH, of course I go through drinks quickly, but that was no problem for Ben at all. Not even was I or my family without a drink that is very unusual. We ordered wings tonight, shattered in their amazing sauces. The sauce was very generous the wings so much covered that I could also immerse some frits! Overall, the food was fantastic, but above all the hospitality of the manager and Ben was well received. We won't be back!

Staff went beyond and beyond to accommodate our very large group of hockey players and parents in a very short perspective. Food was excellent, service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely visit again if we are ever back in the area. Thank you to the team on Sunday, October 10, 2022.

I highly recommend this place, even though I'm only 11 years old. This place never disappoints! The staff is fantastic and the 5 boneless wings with buffalo sauce are great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! 5 stars!!!!
