Narai Kitchen & Bar - Ascot Vale

Narai Kitchen and Bar has been open for about a year. The wait staff are young women in traditional Thai costumes. They are very helpful and not at all pushy. During winter there is a 15% discount for eat-in diners, which helps keep the cold at bay. It takes good food to get people out in the winter's cold and so it was. I had a green papaya salad and prawn dish. I also had a Chang beer, breweed i.n Thailand, which in my opinion is better than the more widely known Singha. In all, it was a satisfying meal for one.

I visited this restaurant with a group of friends. The establishment was beautiful and had plenty of space, comfortable seating, and excellent service. We tried a variety of appetizers, with my personal favorites being the curry puffs and roti bread. For our main courses, we shared dishes like soft shell crab, another seafood curry, and my top choice, the massaman lamb. I would definitely return to this restaurant, especially since we only paid $60 per couple, which I found to be a reasonable price.

Amazing food ...will be back ...best Tai we have found so far ..well worth the visit ...first time for us and we were happy .
