Can't get enough of this izakaya and all its delicious offers. Many fresh seasonal products from fish/seafood, vegetables to meat. All cooked for perfection, whether sashimi, grilled or fried. Chef also has a fantastic and delicious selection of Nihonshu.

Sensitive experience... Exceptional friendly family-run izakaya, which is free on the outside, but a culinary delight for your sashimi and home specialities expectations. A basic fee of 480yen applies, which is equivalent to an exquisite appetizer. There is an English menu for the uninitiated that mirror the Japanese menu. Daily specialties are printed on a separate sheet, which is only in Japanese. House specialties are printed in bold form. We had almost all bold items over 2 dinners and the dishes are cook sashimi platter, kaarage, skewers, shiokara, kasube salad... And oh so sweet oysters with vinegar and the scallops to die for... Very recommended and please reserve as it fills quite quickly. Exceptional value for money.

This is one of the best izakayas I have ever been! the grilled chicken, pork, beef kewers were all tender on the inside, but has the grilled crunch on the outside. Get the grilled meat loaf mixture when pig and tofu-like ingredient. Should you order seafood here? Yes! They deliver super fresh seafood from all over Hokkaido. I had the mixed Sashimi, which was extremely fresh and delicious! Oh, and I can't even begin to describe the sweetness of the oyster!! Cream and explode with aromas from the ocean!! After communicating via the google translate app, I found out that Akkeshi is a city in the south Hokkaido, which is one of the best oysters in the world! It was the best I ever had. Ordered sashimi, grilled, fried , pickles, yakitori meatloaf, grilled squid and rice in tea All food are perfect the service is homely and warm. Though the staffs do not speak english, they have an english menu (as the table mat). Packed even on a Tues weekday with locals. Reservations recommended.
