Consistent quality is one of the great advantages of burger chains. You can visit any location and know exactly what you're going to receive. I went through the drive-thru and got precisely what I anticipated: a hot value cheeseburger, steaming fries (which I believe are even better than the iconic McDonald's fries), and a flavorful Coke.

The service was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and pleasantly surprised that there was no wait in the drive-thru.
